Day 1 – 01 March 2027 – VIETNAM ARRIVAL
Arrival to Ha Noi by the flight VN786/21:05. We will have VIP Diplomate fast track through Vietnam immigration. After collecting our luggage we meet and greet with our English speaking guide and transfer to the Apricot hotel in Hanoi for check in.

Day 2 – 02 March 2027 – PRIVATE HANOI OLD QUARTER FOOD WALKING TOUR – PRIVATE EVENING TOUR WITH DINNER AT KOTO RESTAURANT
At 10:00, our Hanoi food expert will meet us in the Apricot hotel lobby. From Hang Dau Street in the northern point of the Hoan Kiem Lake, we begin our food walking tour of the Ancient Quarter of Hanoi – Every food tour is different as our guide takes us to the best food places depending on what is being cooked on the day we are there. We travel through the small roads – laneways and secret paths during our walking tour.
Traverse narrow pathways, which are privately shared among a community within a block, then walk through another community’s “dark tunnel” to reach our next food tasting experience. Therein comes chances to maybe taste the Vietnamese baguettes and freshwater crab noodle soup. Visit a traditional Vietnamese house nested behind the busy shops on the main street and learn about the Old Quarter through the eyes of an 80-year-old Hanoian.
Stroll the Thanh Ha traditional street market to get a view of the most common foods and ingredients purchased by locals. Start heading south of the old town, passing through Dong Xuan wholesale market and its busy food alley with more tastings offered,
Pass through a hidden alleyways with a chance to maybe sample grilled pork with home-mixed fish sauce, or chicken noodle soup.
Take a backstreet towards a coffee stop and maybe we have time for an ice cream before we end our circular walk where we started.
Free in the afternoon to relax or do a little exploration of Hanoi on your own.
We meet again just before 17:00 for our visit to the Temple of Literature followed by dinner at Koto restaurant, then transfer to Ba Dinh square to see the nightly Flag lowering ceremony.

Day 3 – 03 March 2027 – DISCOVER THE REAL HANOI ON A PRIVATE MORNING VESPA TOUR – EVENING DEGAUSTATION DINNER AT TUNG DINING
After breakfast we meet in the Apricot hotel lobby at 8.00 am to be met by our Vespa tour guide. our drivers take us as pillion passengers through the iconic narrow streets of this incredible capital city on our vintage Vespas. Explore unique places off the beaten path and soak up the atmosphere as we experience the local lifestyle.
We start off with a welcome drink before we begin our tour navigating through the streets of the bustling Old Quarter. As with our food walking tour our route and stops around Hanoi are never the same as we explore the capital city. We travel to see the Long Bien Bridge and surrounding areas. Past vibrant open markets via the back lanes travelling through narrow alleyways during our tour. We stop frequently to see what makes Hanoi tick before we reach the crash site of an American B-52 bomber in a city lake and learn of the city’s more recent history with a drink break before completing our 4 hours of sightseeing back at the Apricot Hotel by Hoan Kiem lake.
This afternoon is free time, as we have a degustation dinner tonight, I suggest maybe skipping lunch, we have plenty of tasting courses to have during tonight’s dinner.
This evening, dinner at T.U.N.G Fine Dining.

Day 4 – 04 March 2027 – JOURNEY TOWARDS YEN TU MOUNTAIN VIA A POTTERY FACTORY – CABLE CAR TO THE FIRST LEVEL OF YEN TU MOUNTAIN – DINNER AT LEGACY YEN TU RESORT
Check out and in the morning, at around 9 am we transfer to Yen Tu via Dong Trieu pottery village. Arrive in Legacy Yen Tu, leave our luggage as our rooms may not be ready, we then travel by electric cart to the cable car station and to take cable car 1 to see the views down the valley. We then go back to the hotel for our room allocation and free time at the resort that was designed to look like it was built in the 13th century.
Dinner at Tho Quang restaurant at around 7.00 pm and overnight in Yen Tu.

Day 5 – 05 March 2027 – Y’LANG TWO NIGHT HA LONG AND LAN HA BAY CRUISE
We have a leisurely start this morning before checkout as our transfer to Tuan Chau Marina. Today we will depart at 10.00 am. On arrival at the Heritage Line office, we will complete check in formalities before we board the ship’s tender for our short journey across the bay to join Y’lang – our home of two nights.

Day 7 – 07 March 2027 – Y’LANG TWO NIGHT HA LONG AND LAN HA BAY CRUISE CONCLUDES – TRANSFER TO HANOI AIRPOT – ARRIVAL TO ANCIENT HOUSE HUE
This morning our, cruise continues to our mooring point, we check out and between 10 and 10 30 am we board our tender for our fast transfer back to the Marina. at around 11.00 am. We will then take the journey to Hanoi Airport, say goodbye to our Northern Vietnam guide and check in at around 14.30 for our flight to Hue.

On arrival to Hue, we will meet our central Vietnam guide before taking our transfer of around 40 minutes to our hotel, Ancient Hue Garden Houses. We will have our rooms allocated and settle in before our dinner at around 19.45 (7.45 pm)

Day 8 – 08 March 2027 – MORNING TOUR TO THIEN MU PAGODA AND THE IMPERIAL CITADEL
After breakfast at the hotel we will take a traditional dragon boat to visit Thien Mu pagoda.
Thien Mu Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple located in the city of Hue, Vietnam, on the banks of the Perfume River. The pagoda is one of the oldest and most iconic religious sites in the country and is often referred to as the “Symbol of Hue”. Thien Mu Pagoda is also known for its beautiful garden and serene atmosphere. Visitors can stroll through the grounds and admire the various statues, bonsai trees, and other decorations.
Transfer by vehicle to visit the Imperial Citadel. The Imperial Citadel in Hue is a vast complex of palaces, temples, and other buildings that served as the seat of the Nguyen Dynasty, the last imperial dynasty of Vietnam. It is located in the city of Hue, in central Vietnam, and is considered one of the most impressive and important historical sites in the country.
The Imperial Citadel was constructed in the early 19th century, during the reign of Emperor Gia Long. The Citadel is divided into several different sections, each with its own specific function.

Day 9 – 09 March 2027 – HUE – SIGHTSEENING JOURNEY OVER THE HAI VAN PASS – LUNCH AT REU TRA QUE RESTAURANT – TAILOR VISIT – LIGHT DINNER
After breakfast we will check out and leave Hue for our sightseeing transfer to Hoi An via the famous Hai Van Pass. With stops for taking pictures of the beautiful landscapes. We stop at to Reu Tra Que for lunch and then transfer from our lunch to check in at our hotel – Moire.
After lunch, transfer to Moire resort for check in
This evening we will head to one of the local tailors, Yaly couture, for those that would like some clothing made and then out for a light dinner.

Day 10 – 10 March 2027 – HOI AN WALKING TOUR – DINNER BY THE RIVER AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT
In the morning, we take a walking tour and visit of the Japanese bridge; Thien Hau temple, Hoi An market and Tan Ky ancient house. We will stop for a drink and afterwards we will let you free to hit the shops in Hoi An…
Hoi An is located on ten minutes from coast of the Vietnam’s Central Sea.
With approximately 120,000 inhabitants, Hoi An is recognized as a World heritage site by UNESCO. Hoi An ancient town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.
Free at leisure in the afternoon. some will need to go back to Yaly for a second fitting.
At around 5 we will leave the hotel for a short walk to our dinner spot, across the river from Hoi An. For those that would like, tide permitting, after dinner we will take a boat taxi across the river to be amongst the night time hustle and bustle and then take the boat taxi back to our hotel.

Day 11 – 11 March 2027 – MORNING COUNTRYSIDE VESPA TOUR – EVENING SUNSET RICE FIELD VIEW DINNER
Breakfast at the hotel then at 8 we will join our private morning Vespa tour ‘Explore the roads less travelled’ – escape the old town and take the backroads to the beautiful islands and villages surrounding Hoi An riding pillion on a vintage Vespa. Explore the magnificent countryside, meet local families and experience colourful village and riverside life in remote communities.
Our journey off the beaten path begins as we travel to a rural the countryside and ride along the river to an Ancestral House, then over to a traditional boat builders’ yard. You then explore villages and zig-zag through the breathtaking scenery of rice paddies and farmland, stopping enroute to learn from friendly families about mat weaving, local farming and how to make rice crackers and noodles. Then, we ride towards the coast, along trails lined with white sand and pine trees before tasting an organic drip-coffee at a village café and learn the art of coffee roasting. Next, we stop at the top of Cau Cua Dai Bridge which offers us spectacular panoramic views of Hoi An, then over to the water coconut palm fringed trails back to our hotel.
Afternoon free for relaxing or shopping !
This afternoon at around 16.50 (4.50 pm) we will be collected from the hotel and taken to our dinner venue next to a rice field for sunset and our evening meal. After dinner we will be transferred back to the hotel for our last night in Hoi An.

Day 12 – 12 MARCH 2027 TRANSFER TO DANANG AIRPORT – TRANSFER TO VICTORIA HOTEL – DINNER BY THE RIVER
Breakfast this morning and then check out for our departure from Hoi An between 10 am and 10.30 am for our transfer to Danang airport, we will say goodbye to our Central Vietnam guide and then check in the flight to Can Tho.

On our arrive in Can Tho, we meet and greet with our English speaking guide and transfer to the Victoria Can Tho resort for check in. At around 5.30 pm we depart the hotel and take the riverwalk into town and have dinner at a restaurant by the river and adjacent to the night markets. After dinner we take the riverside stroll back to the Victoria hotel.

Day 13 – 13 March 2027 – TRA VINH BA OM POND DAY TOUR
Breakfast at the hotel then we will take our drive for our day tour to Tra Vinh. We begin with a visit to Bà Om Pond for our Tuk-tuk sightseeing tour around a Khmer village. Explore painted walls depicting Khmer culture and daily life in South Vietnam along the village laneways.
Visit the Sơn Hương family to admire Khmer performance art, including hats and crowns from Tuồng and Dù Kê performances. Explore traditional Khmer musical instruments like the Ngũ âm during wedding parties.
Visit Ms. Thone’s family for bamboo basket weaving and Mr. Sang’s family to witness the making of Cớm Dẹp (Roasted glutinous rice), a Khmer traditional food for worship during the full moon (10th lunar October).
Explore Tra Vinh’s oldest Buddhist Monastery and delve into the newly revealed Archaeology dating back to the 1st-7th centuries AD.
We will transfer back to Victoria Can Tho and this evening we have free time, You may opt to eat at the Senses restaurant at the hotel or again stroll into Can Tho for dinner

Day 14 – 14 March 2007 – SONG XANH SAMPAN MEKONG RIVER CRUISE
A leisurely morning at the hotel and then at 10am our Air Conditioned* Sampans will arrive for our overnight “Life on the River” Mekong river cruise.
*Air conditioning on the Sampans when we are docked for the night.
DAY 1: CAN THO – CAI VON – TAN PHONG
This morning if you wish we can take an early walk to Can Tho Market then return to the hotel for Breakfast. (or have a sleep in if you wish).
Meet at the Victoria Can Tho Resort jetty at 10:00 am. Your crew welcomes us onboard or fleet of private sampans with cold towels and a refreshing drink. Cruise the waterways of the Mekong Delta, observing villagers going about their daily activities against picturesque landscapes while your attentive crew serves tea and seasonal fruit.
We will then cross the Hau River passing by quaint villages to visit a family who makes delicate tofu skin, a food product made from boiling soy milk with a plethora of uses. Continue by sampan to observe the endless boat traffic and the quiet but constant activity along the banks.
Enjoy shore excursions to gain insight into how the local people make a living, then stop for a visit to a Cao Dai temple. Lunch is served on board while cruising towards Vinh Long along a narrow canal teeming with life. Stop for a visit at a clay pot factory before crossing Co Chien River. Enjoy the sunset cruise while Song Xanh continues its way towards the Tiền River.

DAY 2: TAN PHONG – DONG HOA HIEP – PHU AN
After breakfast on board, take a rowing boat along the canal or just walk a little bit further into the village to see how local people make a variety of common handicrafts such as hammocks, handbags from water hyacinths. Back to sampan and cruise to Dong Hoa Hiep for a visit to an ancient house.
Continue to Phu An village and stop along the way to see local cottage industries that utilize products from the Delta, like rice and coconuts, to make tasty snacks including puffed rice and chewy coconut candy. Our cruise ends at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is served in this exquisite riverside colonial-style villa set in lush tropical gardens and surrounded by fruit plantations, a throwback to the elegant lifestyle enjoyed by a privileged few in Indochinese times.
Transfer to Sai Gon with your our guide on arrival to the La Siesta Premium we will check in. with a short time to settle before we leave the hotel at around 17.30 (5.30pm)
At 18:00, the “A O” show at the Opera house (Ooh! Class) will begin and lasts around 1 hours and 10 minutes, we will then take a walk via central Saigon for our dinner at Pot Au Pho restaurant.

Day 16 – 16 March 2027 – LOCAL MARKET WALK & COOKING CLASS – NIGHT OF WONDER – MYSTIC NIGHT SHOW – NOIR DINING IN THE DARK DINNER
After breakfast we will be collected from the hotel at 7.40 am for our walk through the local market visit with our Chef. We follow our Chef through the vibrant Tan Dinh market to purchase a selection of ingredients for your cooking lesson. At 9:00 am we will transfer with our chef for our cooking class at Hoa Tuc.
Our hands-on cooking class will be from 09:00 till 12:00. We will be in the purpose build cooking classroom with separate tables for meal preparations – large cooking stations and separate eating tables. We will follow our chef step by step with your own material and ingredients for obtain a good understanding of Vietnamese cooking techniques.
You will discover Vietnamese kitchenware to cook and enjoy a tasty 3 courses meal – that will become our lunch.
We will be taken back to our hotel, La Siesta Premium for a free afternoon.
At around 17.30, 5.30 pm we will transfer to a traditional Saigon apartment block for our next experience.
At 18:00, we will enjoy the Mystic night show in an especially renovate performance space on the top floor of the old apartment building. The other apartments are where the locals live so we will be right amongst local life.
At 19.30 we will transfer to the restaurant for the continuation of a night of wonder and have our NOIR Dining in the Dark dinner.
During the experience we will be served by underprivileged staff trained by a local non-profit organization. The experience begins in our pitch-black dining room where you will be guided and served by blind or visually impaired staff who have been specially trained to assist and reassure sighted guests who are in complete darkness. Transfer your trust to these skilled guides they lead you to experience a new way of sensing the environment around you. After a few moments of adjustment, the darkness will kill off any shyness or trepidation and bring about an open-minded atmosphere. We will try to work out what we are eating only by smell, texture and taste…
After our meal we will be shown what was on the menu (Nothing sinister it is all delicious food prepared in the restaurant kitchen.) We will then transfer back to the La Siesta Premium hotel.

Day 17 – 17 March 2027 – VESPA MORNING TOUR – EVENING ROSE VILLA DINNER
After our breakfast we will meet our Vespa guide in the lobby at 08:00am, to begin our Vespa tour “The Insider’s Saigon” (private basis). End time at 12:00pm. ‘Discover the hidden gems of Saigon’
Experience the excitement of modern day Ho Chi Minh City riding pillion on the vintage Vespas. We explore away from the crowded tourist trail to visit some fascinating places and sites than you could never find on your own.
We start our ride in the busy city streets on our Travellers Hut exclusive tour, begininng with a coffee or tea followed by a stop at a pop up restaurant where we enjoy a morning Pho (beef noodle) for breakfast. Our adventurous mix of historic landmarks and hidden treasures continues as we soak up the local culture at a fresh flower market. We ride through Saigon traffic on the back of our comfortable Vespas to the captivating Chinese district, passing a traditional medicine street with traditional medical herb shops, an ancient Buddhist temple and a hidden Chinese pagoda. Our final ride takes us into the heart of Saigon to see some classic city landmarks. Firstly, see the French architectural influences of the famous Saigon Post Office and beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral (outside only), before we end with a short history lesson outside the striking Independence Palace. We return to La Siesta Premium at around 12 noon.

At around 17.00, 5.00pm we will meet in the lobby before our, transfer to Rose villa for our farewell to Wietnam ‘whimsical’ dinner. After dinner we will transfer back to La Siesta Premium.
