Over 6 hours of exemplary service and beautiful scenery aboard The Vietage luxury train carriage. Including drinks, continental breakfast and three course lunch.

A few days prior to your journey you will be provided with The Vietage lunch menu and asked o make your selection for your journey. Arrive to Danang railway station to be met by your journey concierge and guided to your pre travel exclusive lounge area for welcome drink, nuts and cold towel. Your luggage is taken to the train for you and your are escorted across the rail tracks to the Vietage luxury carriage on the regular service – train SE21.

You board The Vietage and shown to your seat – Only 12 guests maximum on your journey. The pampering begins – Firstly, pastries and croissants with your choice of tea, coffee (both western and Vietnamese brews) or begin your journey with sparkling wine. You depart Danang station for a six hour scenic feast for your eyes as you pass rural Vietnam at it’s best through small towns and villages and thousands of rice fields.

As the morning progresses you can opt to have fruit juice, beer, or both none or alcoholic cocktails to enjoy with a selection of nuts and snacks – With an option to stay in your 2 seat compartment or sit round the bar area in the carriage.

During the morning you will be escorted to the pamper rooms for your included 15 minute neck and shoulder massage.

As the train is also a regular rail service you will stop along the way multiple times at small railway stations as passenger board or leave the train. The rural view keeps on coming as you travel towards your destination of Quy Nhon.

Your rail concierge will keep your drinks coming as they prepare your compartment for your gourmet lunch – Three courses – Entree, main, dessert. (Glenn opted for the Quy Nhon Seafood salad, Salmon filet and Passion fruit tart)

Seemingly too soon your get the five minute warning that your final destination is approaching, your luxury over 6 hour journey is almost at it’s end. On arrival at the station near Quy Nhon you leave the train and the carriage is detached from the train (in readiness for the return travel to Danang) Then the remainder of the train continues it’s southwards journey. You are again escorted across the train tracks and you and your luggage taken to your onward vehicle transfer.

Sadly your luxurious time aboard The Vietage is over, with lovely memories of your experience to stay will you.
