EXPERIENCES

After the tough decision of selecting your hotel, we have plenty of experiences for you to enjoy. Just like in Saigon, our experience of choice in Hanoi is on a Vespa Adventures tour around the capital. Take a look as our our Temples Cities Voyages group experience Hanoi during our stay in October 2022.

Feeling like a Vietnamese Coffee that tastes like Tiramisu ? During the war years, when milk was scarce, Nguyen Van Giang invented egg coffee in 1946, by whisking eggs to form a substitute on milk while he was a bartender at the Metropole Hotel. His family continue to make the coffee at Cafe Giang and the actual ingredients are a closely guarded secret. We think – Vietnamese Robusta coffee, whisked raw egg yolks, condensed milk, cheese, butter and ? … (In the Tiramisu version also some cocoa. )

Our vey unique culinary delight waiting for you in Hanoi is the degustation dinner at TUNG dining. Words can not sufficiently describe the amazing meal that awaits you. Take a peak of some of the dishes previously featured. (The menu changes with the seasons).
